Are you ready to start:

When the squats feel good, life feels good.

My mission is to help humans develop a deeper, more meaningful connection with their bodies (meat vehicles). The values that root the foundation of my training are self-respect (cause if you don’t respect yourself, how you gonna respect anyone else?), honesty, courage, openness and FUN.

We will be a good fit if you are curious and passionate about life.

Don't know where to start with your nutrition habits? Here is where we will target the "low hanging fruit" (pun intended). Whether you're looking for fat loss, gut health, or performance in a sport, having strong nutrition habits play a huge role in achieving your goals.

Group sessions are fantastic because you get your social interaction mixed with your daily dose of quality movement. Moving and sweating with others is a great way to have fun and build connections. Not to mention, you're going to be looking and feeling great as a group as well.

Private, personalized one-on-one training centered around your personalized goals while also addressing any imbalances that are happening in the body. Whether we're rehabbing your shoulders/hips/knees or getting you to look and feel your best for that vacation coming up, this is where it starts.

Ways to Work With Me:

5 star reviews from clients

In case your looking for some more motivation

Ian G.

I think it's rare to find someone not only as dedicated to their craft, but dedicated to being constantly educated about what is going on around them as Mitchell. I have never felt stronger and more ready to take on life than after I work with him and he is truly one of the best trainers I have ever met in my life.

Mitchell has also changed my mindset on what a healthy lifestyle does for someone. It’s not simply about the scale. It’s about mobility, moving with purpose and being a strong ass woman. I could shout from the roof tops about how amazing of a fitness mentor Mitchell has been for me .

Ian G.

“Mitchell was the right man for the job. Not only did his wealth of knowledge help me with my strength training goals, but he also helped me lay the ground work for a healthy lifestyle outside of the gym.
10/10 would recommend to a friend.”

I grew up playing all sports and ended up focusing on hockey, which I played through the collegiate ranks. After hockey, I turned to daily alcohol and drug use. By age 28, I had hit rock bottom. I was a college dropout, sleeping on my moms floor with no income, lots of college debt, no friends and no passion for life.

I traveled to Japan, Bali, Indonesia, New Zealand (1.5years), Australia (1 Year). Traveling internationally is where I found a passion for health and fitness and when I returned to the U.S., I was determined to substitute my passion for alcohol and drugs for health and fitness.

2020 was the year I received my certifications in Personal Training, Nutrition, Yoga, Meditation, Mindful Movement and was the year I started my own personal training business.  Since then, I’ve continued my fitness journey by training humans in person.
